These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Cozumel Private Tours, concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed by our staff. Payment terms will be specified at the time of your confirmation via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We require at least a 48-hour notice for any cancellations for a full refund. Cancellations due to extreme weather or port closures mandated by local authorities will be fully refunded or rescheduled based on availability.

3. Liability

Cozumel Private Tours works with certified third party operators. While we ensure all our partners are fully certified and insured, participation in any extreme activities is at your own risk. Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the guides.
